When you use the GV Scanner, we collect forensic data strictly related to the scanning process. This includes:

• System hardware details (CPU, GPU, RAM) and operating system version.
• Running processes and background services during the scan.
• Specific file artifacts (Prefetch, BAM, Event Logs) strictly limited to the directories and processes defined in our signature database.

How We Use Your Information

The collected data is used exclusively to generate the forensic report (Scan Result) requested by the server administrator. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or hardware data to any third parties.

Data Retention

Scan reports are stored securely and are only accessible by the authorized administrators of the community that initiated the scan. Logs may be deleted automatically according to the community's data retention policies or upon manual deletion by an administrator.
